Open Access Policy

The Journal of Performance in Management and Accounting (JPMA) provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. All articles published in JPMA are freely accessible without subscription or registration.

Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, and to use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided that proper attribution is given to the original work.

JPMA does not charge readers any fees for accessing published articles. Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication. Any reuse of the published content must appropriately acknowledge the authors and the journal as the original source of publication.

By adopting an open access policy, JPMA aims to promote transparency, accessibility, and the dissemination of high-quality research in the fields of management and accounting to a wider academic and professional audience.
